CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur and we will work together to reschedule this adventure.
Cancellations must be notified through the following channels:

Booked In Store
- 48 hours or more if rescheduling is not possible, only 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
- 24 hours if rescheduling is not possible there will be no refund.
Booked Online
- From 15 days or more prior to arrival if rescheduling is not possible there will be a service charge of 25%.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival if rescheduling is not possible there will be no refund.
No refunds once the tour has commenced.
There are no refunds for any unused services.
Arriving late will also shorten your tour.
If the client does not show up for the tour, it will be taken as a NO SHOW and the advance amount will not be refunded.
In case weather or other unforeseen circumstances tour can’t be made, tour day must be rescheduled.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Important: All quoted prices and payments are in US dollars. The above policies are required due to the complex logistical issues and significant expenses incurred while planning and reserving of your tour.
