He made sure that we were safe and that everyone had a great time, we could really feel his passion for the beauty of Costa Rica.

We visited a waterfall and 3-4 lookouts on our way up to the final destination at the top of the mountain. Once at the highest point on the mountain, there is a Costa Rican kitchen & bar serving the best, freshest empanadas (get the pollo, frijoles y queso) & smoothies you will ever have in your life to go along with a breathtaking view of Costa Rica.

Definitely bring a bandana or a fishing buff to cover your face, even with the helmet on you will get dirt on your face but a buff will deflect most of it.

The mountains and waterfalls looked as if they were from a magazine. Our photos cannot do the landscape justice- it really was breathtaking. Driving through the small farms were wonderful and all the locals we met were so kind and welcoming. Our tour guide was fantastic and shared interesting stories of the local culture and people.
