He started out slow to get comfortable with the machines before the real adventure started. He made sure we were safe and enjoying our time throughout the experience. The trip to the waterfall made the whole trip worth it! We had amazing views and an adventure we will never forget!

If you need to go slower they will respect that too and honestly the views are the best I’ve ever seen so even if we slowed down there was truly never a dull moment! Having the opportunity to cool off in a waterfall mid trip was amazing!! Gerardo and Set took great care of the groups safety and made sure we had a blast! We unfortunately had to make a lot of last minute changes to our reservation and the company handled it all so gracefully. Their only concern being that we, as guests, may feel rushed or deprived of the full experience. We never felt that way! I can’t even imagine how amazing the full experience must be!
