I'm a novice, I've only ridden ATVs two other times, I found most of it pretty easy but there were a few parts that made me a little nervous. Gerardo was super helpful and patient with me. He would put my ATV in the correct gear for me and explain the best way to approach "tricky" areas. I had a wonderful time and was never worried about my safety! The ride gains a LOT of elevation and the views at the top were incredible. We ate a delicious lunch after swimming at the base of a waterfall! Definitely bring your swimming gear and take a dip, it's totally safe and totally worth it! Eric was also super friendly and helpful in their main office getting us all set up on our adventure. We HIGHLY recommend this company for an incredible ATV tour. :]
